I love this bag! I ordered a couple of Baggallini bags through Prime Wardrobe to compare and this was the keeper! I like the way the zips on the sides run down for easier access to things inside (as opposed to the top zip). I like all the different compartments, they're great for keeping things organized. I like that there is a built in wallet but I liked other designs with a wallet on the back better but I suppose if I ever want any part of the wallet closer to my body I can always flip the wallet.
