I bought this ceiling fan because I wanted white blades. It arrived well packaged but the electrician had trouble installing it. It was missing some hardware and because it needed a lightweight kit (the old one didn't work) he bought a new one for us; and then he discovered that the mount/mount for one of the blades was missing. We all gave up because I needed a lamp for today. He reinstalled the old fan and light and packed a new one to be stored for now. I don't want to pay more money for parts or call the electrician back. Should I write Hunter a letter? I was certainly disappointed and the electrician was frustrated! (He used to install fans and light fixtures for us.)
