Excellent quality, especially for the price. It looks good and is a good weight for fall nights. Note that this will not work on a male as the waist belt is pulled back too far. I don't know if it's reasonable to comment on the size of a dog's coat, but if it were a human garment I'd say it's true to size or a bit small. I ordered a 22" raincoat because this supplier's 24" raincoat was too big for my whippet. At 22 inches, this one is too small for her, but only thanks to Velcro fasteners. It's an amazing deal so I'm considering getting her one a few sizes up and if it works on men, which it absolutely won't, I would get one for my lurcher.
