Very angry! There is no instruction manual.
Can't figure out how this thing works. Nothing loads. Tried to get a user manual from Ideaworks and was asked to sign name, address, email and credit card - they swore they wouldn't be charged! Aha! - before I could access the manual. good lesson Class again, we see that buying something online and NOT from Best Buy or any other reputable brick-and-mortar retailer means you have no one to refund the damn thing if it turns out to be junk. Do you hear that plink? In the trash. DON'T BUY THIS SHIT.
