The tool has helped us understand our customer behavior, product usage patterns etc., which was not possible earlier with other tools like Google Analytics or HotJar! It also provides insights into user retention rates for different products/features within an app as well mobile campaigns (for eCommerce). I have seen improvements in performance but there are times when we run outta space because it takes too much data storage compared before its launch!! Overall good service provider though this can be improved by increasing RAM size during initial stages so more features could work without any issues faced previously while using hotjar analytics software. We were facing problems understanding users' behaviour towards specific apps & services offered from both desktop clients i ndroid OS version 3 - 8 devices alongwith web applications used across various channels including social media platforms suchas Facebook / Instagrametc..
