I've been using it for about two weeks, this activated charcoal powder has really made a difference! I'm doing this review because really. I brushed my teeth 3 times a week with this whitening toothpaste. Tooth whitener looks good, feels good and best of all, it doesn't smell. The instructions say to wet your toothbrush and apply a generous amount to it, then brush for 1-2 minutes. It was a little odd at first to see my mouth being completely black when I brushed my teeth, but when it came time to rinse my mouth out it just rinsed out, no black residue just shiny, healthy teeth, gums and tongue. I noticed that teeth whitening is good. My teeth have gone from yellowish to quite white. And by the end of the second week they look even lighter than I thought possible. I can't stop smiling. It is also very nice that it eliminates bad breath. And I love the fact that it's made from natural ingredients. Full recommendation!
