I ordered a Macbook Pro from this guy and soon I had intermittent problems with it (I wasn't reading or connecting to devices and in one case the memory card data) . At first I thought it was user error or maybe a software or OS compatibility issue. I was frustrated and didn't have time to sort it out so I threw it in a drawer for 4 months (haha). When I had time I fiddled with it a little more and made sure there was a bad connection inside. I contacted support and a good rep sent a new one straight away. Got a new one a week later and it works great. I like this device because it sits at the end of a short cable (as opposed to plugging directly into a port on the side of my laptop like mine) so it doesn't put unnecessary stress on the connection point. ). This item will be kept in my backpack, which contains all of my laptop/iPad and mobile gear that I take with me to work in the field. I would recommend this product to friends.
