I recently went through the process of going from my natural dark brown to a very light ash blonde. Although my hairdresser was very careful and we did it for a long time, I suffered a lot. I've been using Olaplex but while it helped, I really needed something that would restore moisture to my hair. The reviews for it were great so I decided to give it a try and I'm so happy I did! It is great! I applied it after washing my hair and let it sit for 2 hours before rinsing it out. I've done this twice since receiving it and I can't tell you how amazed I am at the difference in my hair. It actually looks nice again and not THAT dry.
