As a parent, I couldn't wait to look through MINIBEAR's online catalog and discover fun new items for my kid. However, the choice was a huge letdown for me. The trinkets did not spark any imagination or enthusiasm. I was able to find higher-quality electronic educational tools elsewhere. I discovered that the toys were overpriced for what they were, despite the company's assurances that they were of the highest quality. I had high hopes for the educational and learning tools, but they fell short. The poor selection and overall quality of the goods left me feeling helpless. The poor quality of service was a major letdown for me. I received unhelpful and condescending answers to my questions. As a whole, my time spent shopping at MINIBEAR was frustrating, and I would not suggest the company to other parents or teachers in search of high-quality children's entertainment.
