Review on 🔊 Enhance Audio Quality with Silverback Speaker Wire by Sewell - Includes Silverback Banana plugs, 15 ft. by Amy Monson

Bought these to replace the #18 zip wire we used on our old speakers when we upgraded our stereo. We were looking for something ready. Sewell's speaker wire and Silverback speaker wire with Silverback banana plugs 15 feet seemed to be reasonably priced and received good reviews. I've been using banana corks for years but have made my own. I like the heavier but more flexible handling of these cables, but I had to tighten most of the connectors because not only were the screws holding the wire in the connector loose, but some of the zip ties that screwed onto the connectors were also loose . . I thought about cables with solder joints, but decided on screw connectors since I have already worked with them. The plugs look good but the threaded grommets appear to be aluminum and the banana plugs are not very secure as moving the speakers or amp requires re-inserting the plugs as they come loose with any movement but when put on , this seems to offer excellent performance I also use a Furman 20dB power conditioner in my system.
