I needed a UV source for some lab work and this seemed like a good choice. When it arrived I measured the spectrum that is attached. It had a peak at 400nm and at the claimed 255-280nm there was no output at all. I disassembled the block and found only blue LEDs. 300 nanometers. So even if the LEDs were emitting UV, everything in the plastic cover would be dampened. I recommend finding other sanitizing solutions as blue light doesn't work at 400nm.
