When looking for HDMI cables I chose this cable because I wanted it to be strong and durable. My experience has shown that this is absolutely not the case. I had this 40ft HDMI cable connected to my TV. When I originally routed the cable through, I took great care not to ever put strain on any of the HDMI connectors and secured in places with a zip tie until the cable terminated at both ends. - I had a loose cord behind the TV where it met other cords where it zipped together. I have NEVER unplugged this HDMI connector, so it's not a wear and tear issue. HDMI connections do not require plugging and unplugging cables, but multiple devices are rarely used. I discovered this HDMI connection error after not using it for a while. I was shocked to find that the fork actually bent and fell off due to gravity! When you buy from e Dragon, don't expect anything other than the bare minimum when it comes to customer support. This is absolutely not a product I would recommend. Very disappointing.
