Pros: This would be a great fan for a barn or large workshop where you have plenty of space and noise is not an issue. This is a very powerful fan. Looks cool, black and red is sporty. Cons: This fan comes unassembled with very cryptic instructions. After assembly, the fan is very noisy and unbalanced. To turn off the contact mode, you need to partially disassemble the rotating mechanism. When I received the fan I knew it would be too big and too industrial for my space. It cost nearly the cost of the fan to ship back ($150 for shipping back from New York), so I reluctantly kept it to myself. So if you're not sure if it's right for you, just don't buy it. Overall I am very disappointed with my purchase. Big regret.
