I have been using a Dyson V8 for three years. This vacuum has served me well, but there was an irreparable problem in its motor, so I started looking for a replacement. I thought about buying a robot, but in the end I gave up and bought a Nequare S26 instead. I used to vacuum my apartment twice a day. Now I do it three times. Because believe it or not, this machine is fun: it's a household appliance and a toy in one. mine, I'll boil it down to a few highlights that I love the most about this product: - It's light and maneuverable. - It's very quiet, on the decibel scale, totally different from the Dyson. With medium suction, I can listen to voicemail messages through headphones without noise cancellation. It is very easy to use thanks to a very thoughtful, ergonomic design and a MOTORIZED floor nozzle, the benefits of which you won't know until you try it. I tried it. I thought the "headlights" on the floor head were a gimmick, but I quickly realized my assumption was wrong: They're very functional, as you can see what's on the floor or in nooks and crannies no matter what the environment level is light.- The wand can expand and contract according to the height of the body. Simply grab the original sleeve that connects the two parts of the lure and move it to change its length. The entire unit is self-contained, meaning you can pause cleaning as often as you like to do other activities (e.g. straighten a piece of furniture, a carpet, or go to the toilet) without having to bend down to set the Machine gently on the ground. You just move the stick so that it is perpendicular to the ground and it "clicks" and stands firmly on its "feet", ie on the ground head. To switch it on, you press the trigger once and then remove your finger. Deduction. The machine will run until you pull the trigger again to turn it off. In other words, if your vacuuming routine takes 10 minutes, you don't have to hold the button down for 10 minutes. The LED indicators (suction power control and battery bar) are a bonus and give the vacuum a modern look. Feeling. - The dust cover opens towards you so the dust falls AWAY from you, which is a small detail that makes a lot of sense, unlike the Dyson V8 which does it the other way around. - I think I said enough about the product. But what impressed me the most was their service. I encountered an issue with the wand after receiving the product so I reported it to the support team. They responded within hours and made a very generous offer. In short, can I recommend this product? Absolutely. It's a superb product backed by superb customer service that sells too well to be true, but it's true at a price that belies the conventional wisdom that "you get what you pay for". In this case, you get a lot more than what you pay for.
