This belt is made of real leather, not PU leather which can fall apart. It's quite wide for a double row studded belt, it just has larger pyramid rivets. It is about the same width as a standard 4-row ribbon. The measurements shown are actually the total length of the belt, not your waist measurement. Order one size larger than your jeans size. Other than that, this is an absolutely stunning authentic pyramid stud belt and it arrived on time.
