the product was overall okay. i could see myself using these pencils, but i do have some complaints.first, the larger gold pencils were super confusing and difficult to use. i couldn’t figure out how to use them.second, within the first hour of using the .5 pencil, i noticed it needed a refill. no big deal. but after i put in the lead, the pencil stopped working entirely. it wouldn’t pump anything out, and the pump stopped making the "click” the others made. i took the pencil apart and put it back together based on the other ones, still nothing. i cleaned it out, still nothing.again, the pencils were okay, but stopped working after an incredibly short amount of time. if i could go back in time, i would save myself $10 and not buy these.
