I used this to replace the APP sensor on my 2006 Acura TSX at 166.xxx miles as I've had some hesitation and bumps at constant throttle on the had freeway. The OEM part was over $270, a fraction of the cost. Installation was pretty easy except I had to clean the receiving end of the APP sensor where the cylindrical end of the throttle cable goes into a tiny bit. After my first test drive, the car drives better than when I bought it (I bought it used)! We'll see how this sensor performs over time - I have my doubts this $50 part will last 166,000 miles like the Keihin OEM unit did, but we'll see.
