The only caveat is getting used to inserting the chopsticks, but it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Also, it's a very thin silicone, but that's probably because it has to be bent a lot to pull the tongue out. I don't see any tearing issues but it's not as heavy silicone as other cooking items. Maybe you are used to love pastry bowls etc. They don't stick in any way when you freeze food properly, and even when mine were a bit soft, they didn't stick either. Overall it's great and it makes really big frozen pops.
