Only they are too small
I bought them to make egg rolls for breakfast. They work great and get you perfectly shaped egg patties in minutes, but they were too small in my opinion. I used regular English cupcakes and they still leave plenty of room around the edges. Otherwise I recommend this product - just look for something larger so the patty will fill the circumference of the bread you are using.
