Based on the price and the photos I was skeptical about the quality of this bottle. But honestly it has become a durable, high-quality product. The fact that it comes with its own cleaning brush makes it very easy to clean. (Actually a lifesaver for a few other travel bottles, I've had cleaning issues as well) FYI: The rubber mouthpiece of the straw needs to be folded in before pinching the plastic lid to avoid breaking the straw or lid. (I learned it the hard way, but luckily I was able to fix it.) There's pretty good resistance when closing the lid. I was afraid it would break but it seems like a normal feature.
