My new utility knife!
Bye - I love this knife! I have a catastrophic shortage of sharp knives in my house, and we grill meat all summer. I was very excited to try this meat on a steak. Cut it the same way you would butter, both raw and cooked (yes, I rinsed well in between!). I also used to chop potatoes, which never tires my hands, and chop herbs. Although I'm not meant for thinner cubes, I like to use my knives in all-around conditions. Definitely a good knife.
