Review on SURPOWER by Evan Larson

I have to admit that the SURPOWER internet store did not live up to my expectations in my role as product manager. At first glance, their products might seem impressive; however, upon deeper inspection, it becomes clear that they do not offer the same level of quality and efficiency as other suppliers of household supplies. The health and cleaning products sold by SURPOWER, in addition to their batteries, do not perform as well as those sold by other stores. This is analogous to a chain having a weak link. In addition, their customer support is unhelpful in addressing concerns and takes a long time to respond when it does. It is my recommendation that you seek elsewhere for dependable customer service and household supplies of a high standard of quality. When it comes to the competition among the chains of stores that sell supplies for the home, I do not consider SURPOWER to be a formidable opponent.
