Review on YOURLITE by Seth Gibbons

Recently, I made the mistake of making a purchase from YOURLITE, an online retailer that focuses on hardware, home renovation, kitchen, and bathroom fixtures. I couldn't wait to look through their inventory and discover the excellent furnishings I needed to make my house a home. My first impressions of YOURLITE were positive, however that gradually changed. The first problem was the horrible quality of the client service. I contacted customer service by email and phone several times before getting an answer to a query I had concerning a product. It was very annoying because I couldn't receive any of the details I required. Unfortunately, my order was held up in shipping and didn't arrive until much later than expected. Some of the products were broken and unusable when it finally arrived, which was a disappointment. I was already frustrated, but when I contacted YOURLITE's customer service to ask for a return or refund, they were even less helpful. Overall, dealing with YOURLITE was a huge letdown for me. Shopping with them was a tedious and unsatisfying experience due to their bad customer support, shipment delays, and defective products. If you are in the market for dependable and high-quality home renovation or fixture products, I would not recommend this firm to you.
