Wow. I bought 4 packs of these after seeing a video of a woman driving into town with these bad guys like a boss on a shell. Since I love tamales and have my own assembly line of workers (3 kids) I decided we're going to have a TAMALE night this weekend! I made my family recipe for Masa and Verde to go with my Salted Roast Chicken Breasts. I laid out parchment paper for each of my kids and a cake tin with my mixed batter, gave them this tool and told them to get to work. We made 48 tamales in about 15 minutes. Yes, it takes a minute or two to get the right thickness, but when you do it's amazing. The tamales turned out perfect. Buy this tamale product on Christmas Eve and you'll have more time to enjoy with your family and less time in the kitchen.
