Excellent quality, perfect size for Goruck backpack

I got 10, 20, 25 and 45 pounds plates. All perfect, and all fit perfectly in the Goruck backpack. You can use them also for other exercises like farmers carry, prisoner squat, Russian twist, etc.

Pros

Won’t work in my Ruck bag but still decent for other workouts.
