I measured both wrists very carefully according to the company instructions and ordered the correct size SM/MED wrist. Not only that, the brace (remember it was methodically measured to fit my wrist) was too tight to fit my wrist and forearm area. If I kept it overnight my circulation would undoubtedly be broken. Another bad side of this item is that the company does not accept any kind of returns, which I think is inexcusable since the company cannot even make a bracelet that is its own size.
