Faulty Unit: my feedback
It appears that I received a unit with a few faulty pieces, mainly the pulley system wasn't level. This caused the weights to get stuck at the bottom of the bar, resulting in me having to jerk the weight to get it free instead of a smooth curl or row. Because of this my grip slipped and the weight holder fell to the bottom breaking with 140lbs on it.I also had a few issues with the holes in the uprights not lining up making it very difficult to place the safety bars.However, upon contacting customer service, I received a prompt and helpful reply and they quickly resolved my issues. It was truly the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were extremely professional and caring, taking note of my issues and not only apologized for the faulty part but also seemed genuinely concerned for my well being.Overall, a great started rack for a home gym.
