Love this tool in the auto body repair tools section

This tool comes with a battery and charger along with accessories and a pouch. I also bought a ratchet tool that came with a carrying case, two batteries and its own charger. The polishing battery did not work. I checked the ratchet tool batteries and they worked fine, they are replaceable. "Recessed" so that the contacts never "touched" when inserting the battery into a tool or charger. KIMO sent me a replacement battery very quickly and free of charge. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and very quick response. The replacement battery also arrived very quickly, it seemed within a day or two. The tool was easy to assemble and use, but there were a few problems.1. The tool can be VERY HOT! And since there is no small attached handle, your hand will be exposed to heat! 2. I was confused that the tool doesn't stop spinning when you try to slow down. That means you have to hold down the power button for a few seconds until the tool turns on. At this point it does not start to rotate. Then you can press the (+) and (-) minus buttons to increase/decrease the speed. So I was expecting that when you press the (-) key it would go back to "no rotation" entirely, so you don't have to turn it off if you want the pad to stop spinning and apply the compound to the pad, and then turn the tool back on. Overall, it works well for me and seems pretty solid so far. It has good torque, especially when you pick up the speed. I think it's a pretty good device for the price.
