Review on πŸ₯– Muso Wood Sapele French Rolling Pin - Tapered Roller for Baking Fondant, Pie Crust, Cookie, Pastry (15-3/4inch) by John Galbraith

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy. Nice. Useful

I've never used a French rolling pin but immediately appreciated its simplicity and especially the beveled ends. This automatically creates the shrink effect when you try to roll something out flat (remember what happens when you try to roll a tube out of a piece of dough). By gently pressing both ends, you can easily control the spread of the dough. Round and oval shapes are easy to shape. It cleans well, has a firm but not too heavy weight, is pleasant to the touch and to the eye. Doesn't break as easily as the marble it replaces!

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
