I like my new food processor. It is very responsive and powerful. It was perfectly packaged, all shiny and brand new. It took a few minutes to get used to how it worked, but after that it was easy. Attaching the blades was a bit fiddly. Remember to press the button on the steering wheel and position it correctly. The first thing I made was salsa and it turned out fantastic. It was about ordering things according to how much processing they should get. For myself I add dried red chilli with some water and process until the water turns reddish and the chilli is processed, then garlic, then cilantro, then onion with some beans for it and the rest of the food, chopped and quartered, fresh Tomatoes, canned. Tomatoes, spring onions, canned green chili and salt to taste. Each addition to the food processor required a few pulses or more, so it all happened very quickly. I look forward to doing many more great things. Cleaning is a breeze. I just rinsed it when I did or put it on the top rack of the dishwasher. But I didn't put the blade in the dishwasher. I rinsed very thoroughly.
