The support from GuestExt was very quick to respond with any questions we had! They were always willing to answer our every question or provide us their contact information for additional assistance if needed.
There's not much I dislike about this product other than it being more expensive then some of its competitors (but you get what you pay for). Our main goal as business owners at work has been reducing ticket response time while increasing customer satisfaction through excellent service. We've achieved both goals using GuestExt in conjunction with an automated email system which sends out daily emails reminding guests when they are due for renewal/expiration reminder etc.
