The tutu was 10" long from skirt edge (no hem) to the top of the waist band. That's ultimately fine, since I don't think anyone is expecting this to be worn as a skirt. However, the lights in the picture are white. I was under the impression (since the color of the lights are not mentioned as MULTI, that the image would be what I received. It is not. The lights are Christmas colored lights that do NOT go with the black and white theme I was looking for. So, instead of a white skirt with white lights, I now have a white skirt with lights that I can't turn on. I could've saved myself $5 and gotten a skirt without lights otherwise. It's too late now for a course correction. It's deception through omission.
