I already have a similar and much cheaper pair of Bluetooth headphones but they used to have a 4 hour battery life and now it's closer to 2 hours. I was hoping they would have longer battery life and they weren't disappointed. I decided to make the first exercise a marathon test. After 9 hours I started getting low battery alerts and after about an hour they finally stopped. Pretty good. Keep in mind I was listening at a low volume so your mileage may vary. I have extremely sensitive ears (think the brother in There's Something About Mary) and two hours is usually enough to make me very uncomfortable with any type of headphones. At the start of my 10 hour marathon I started to feel pain like a hard piece of plastic was stabbing me. I've found that you really want to turn them back a bit (i.e. rotate their top toward the back of your head) after they're placed in your ear, for both better comfort and stability. You'll find that the rubber mounts don't need to be that big if you do this, and while I'm a 190-pound guy, I ended up using both the smallest rubber mounts and the smallest rubber pads from the ones that came with them. After doing the spinning back trick, this came in pretty handy. For me, the fact that I can wear something for 10 hours with no discomfort says something. I had the chance to drop one of them onto a wooden surface from about 6 feet and there was no damage. I assume they hold up decently. In terms of range, they roughly correspond to my cheap ones. I think the transmitter is just as important if not more important than the headphones themselves, but with my Samsung phone I can have a wall separating me from the device and still get good reception. However, if you're working out and doing squats and positioning yourself so that a wall and most of your body is in the way, you're going to have reception problems. I've never had a problem with a phone in my pocket. The sound quality is good. Strong bass, clear sound, good range. Good for listening to music while exercising. The included charging box has an extra carabiner that you can attach to it if you want to use it as a keychain. They are quite compact. Pros: - Incredible battery life - Very convenient - Slim compact charging case - No LEDs on the earbuds even while in use to make you look like you're auditioning for a role in Tron - A smaller rubber support ring is included and that was helpful - 2 additional headphones are included, a total of 3 different sizes.
