However, as described. fits door hardware and locks

this was a T mount for the storm door guide brush used. The problem is that this one was almost 1/4" and the channel in my storm door just under 3/16". I had to carefully trim it which took a lot longer than installing it after trimming. However, it works. The dimensions of the letter "T" must be specified in the product description.
