I bought this vacuum cleaner in winter 2019 and at the beginning of January 2020 it stopped working. It never synced to my iPhone, so I couldn't schedule it to run at a specific time as advertised. The suction power is pretty good. I used it almost every day for about a month and a half until I stopped. The red light started appearing immediately even after it was fully charged and stopped working. Dropped the same I called Revain support and they advised me to reset it but that didn't solve the problem. The remote control never worked either. Luckily, Revain has an extended return policy for vacations; i give it back This was my first robot vacuum and I was amazed at how much it collected in the first month of use. If he had continued working I would have given him four stars. Every day he collected tons of dust and animal hair. I never imagined how dust can accumulate in a day. It's pretty quiet and I could keep working with it (I work from home and make phone calls a few times a day). If it hadn't stopped working I would definitely keep it.
