First let me say STOP THE FALSE ADVERTISING that this is not fat but because it contains lanolin. Anything with lanolin is oily. But this thing works great! And it will actually last a few days without hot water. If like me you have problems with dry, cracked and bleeding skin, this will help. I just hate it when he's fat. I only gave it 3 stars because it's fat otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
