I am very impressed with the customer service. They automatically sent me a new case without my asking because they knew the auto sleep/wake feature wasn't working. The body is light and comfortable to use and hold. The Apple Pencil holder seems secure, but you can't charge the pen in the holder. On the other side of the case there is a cutout for charging, it works perfectly. I had a Fintie case for my previous iPad that worked well and lasted a long time so I went back to them for my new iPad. I really wish there was some other way to display the iPad other than the rolled lid design, but it works well and depends on personal preference. I would recommend this case to a friend.
