Review on 🔧 Sonax 230505 Wheel Cleaner Plus - 169.1 fl. oz. - Ultra Effective for Wheel Cleaning by Gilbert Pfaff

I first bought Sonax rim cleaner from Auto Geek. I polished two piece wheels on 3 of our cars. Our other cars have painted wheels. Over the years I've bought all kinds of rim cleaners from local stores and they've either poisoned my rims or cleaned them poorly. I end up spending hours polishing etchings and trying to clean them. A wheel set of 'local' cleaners turned black leaving a 'running' look, it was an expensive clean. Reading the information on the bottles will prompt you to test in a hidden location, but that's not all. About 5 years ago I decided to try Auto Geek's Sonax Wheel Cleaner while shopping for accessories. I tried it on painted rims for the first time and loved it. I even let it dry. It never has etched or discolored polished wheels, painted wheels or damaged Brembo and Baer calipers. You can let it dry and come back and wash it off without damage. First I spray on all 4 wheels. It's not a free clean, you still have to clean it up a bit, but it's easy because it gets in the cracks and around the lug nuts. Cleans rotors and calipers well. I even spray it on the exhaust pipes and in the fenders. Breathing is not as harsh as some wheel cleaners. It turns crimson when refined. Everyone I've tried bought it. Twice a year I buy a bucket of 5 liters. I usually wash at least 3 cars once a week. Revain doesn't always have a 5 liter bottle and I want to pay the price for individual atomizer bottles because I use so much that I don't always buy them from Revain. If I were desperate I would buy a bottle. I've tried probably 30 different rim cleaners and I don't like any of them. I'm sure there are other great rim cleaners out there, but I didn't have to search. If the price goes up, I'll buy, and until then I'll keep buying.
