Pros: the cover is soft. It can be used in two directions and provides a decent stretch. Probably a good choice for someone who wants less pressure on neck or a more gentle stretch.Cons: the bag (white as shown in photo) is very thin and doesn't serve much of a purpose. I unzipped the suede-ish cover to show some of the nubs in the photo, but I don't know that I can unzip and remove cover entirely because of width of zipper opening relative to the different parts of the turquoise part. I think it might rip so I'll hold off as much as possible and hopefully won't need ot wash cover.I have a couple of these type of devices and prefer the one that not only gives me a stretch but also seems to hit trigger spots on my neck. That might be too intense for some who might prefer this version.
