Review on Garmin 010 11131 10 USB Power Cable by Sean Copeland

So - I read the reviews, bought TWO of these and here's what to expect: Installation - the product comes with pre-soldered cables which you need to connect to use Your own battery connections - plug and play, don't forget to unplug this cable is 100% hot or you will drain your battery. I really wish they would at least integrate a toggle switch to avoid this. Durability - DO NOT WET! This product, although semi-permanently attached to your bike, CANNOT GET WET! If you get the part that plugs into the Garmin wet often enough, IT WILL WRITE AND MALFUNCTION. I can't downplay it enough - another major oversight was that it didn't include any kind of protective cover in case the bike gets washed or gets stuck in the rain.
