Let's start with the speakers, smaller than expected but that's ok, I think it's more about how they sound. The speaker mounts are plastic, I can see they are short lived outdoors. They also give you those weird fine-thread screws that won't attach the mount to any surface. So throw these away and find real screws. There are no instructions at all in the box telling you how to actually use these Bluetooth speakers. Just a small document to show you how to put them together, yes, like it's really hard. I tried pairing them with my galaxy s8 phone, presumably the speakers go into pairing mode as soon as you turn them on but who knows. My phone recognizes the "Pyle" speaker but keeps saying it can't connect when I try. Another little note in the box reads "Give us a chance to make things right!" with the website address PyleUSA.com/support hmm go to that page and it doesn't exist so I got them probably given a chance. If you go to PyleUSA.com there is a small help center link below but it only takes you to the contact page. There is no information on their website on how to actually use their product. I won't wait until tomorrow to call them, they don't seem to care about their products so going back to Revain as I could never get them to connect.
