Ordered both times, the pump arrived damaged

I didn't like the pump, I ordered two of these and both came with the same defect: the front of the pump (cheap plastic) was broken so I can not actually using its original dosing container. The first time it came in a box and the product spilled in his pocket. The second time it was sent in bubble wrap and the pump broke the same way.
