I spend a lot of time outdoors and often wear long sleeves in the summer to protect me from the sun. This shirt is amazing for my needs. It's very light and thin, but doesn't feel cheap. It's about as comfortable as a long sleeve shirt and will be comfortable even in hot weather. The SPF 50 protection is also great, especially with such light clothing. The material feels very soft and comfortable. The fit is what I would call normal - not tight, sporty, but not too loose or baggy either. It's a good all-round fit that moves comfortably when worn actively. Super happy with the shirt.
