I have a hard time finding bags and backpacks that suit my needs. I like this one as it has a large open area rather than 50 pockets that aren't used. My laptop fits perfectly in a bag, and there are a few more pockets inside for cables. My purse falls down the middle so I don't have to carry it separately. Side pockets for phones and spare battery, back zip to hide my external drives, front pocket for headphones and power cord. Holds up well. The latch that connects the two handles broke on first use but otherwise has no effect. The haircut is in good condition. Use it every day for work.
