This phone holder is excellent and holds your phone really well. It will not fall out and the mount will not slip in the ball mount. Moderately difficult to install with power cord. Be very careful when installing in an Electra/Street Glide fairing. The bracket scratches the Lexan windshield. I've installed it with windshield bags and while it's a snug fit, they work without the need for a longer center bolt. Ciro's instructions suck. They don't exist. Much better if you can find something on You Tube for your specific application. Installation isn't too difficult, but you'll need to be a little mechanical to install the charger version, especially on a Harley touring bike. The best installation method requires removing the fuel tank, which is fairly easy, but beginners may hesitate (two electrical connectors, one fuel line, two vacuum lines, and four bolts on the Electra Glide). There is a nice wiring harness under the tank which makes the installation look really nice and professional. To be honest, the fairing is harder than the tank, but of course my biggest fear is scratching the Harley's paintwork. Electra Glide and not directly to the battery. This is a professional product.
