Reduced my brain fog!

I've been taking one pill a day for at least a year now with great results. My mind was functioning more clearly, I noticed a definite improvement in my energy (not huge, just an increase) and I felt more energized when I first woke up. I recently stopped taking it for a week to see if I really needed it and I noticed my brain fog was returning, my energy was draining and I was feeling lethargic. I really love this product. It might not be for everyone, but if you're having trouble with mental fog, I definitely think it's worth a try.
