I'm 5ft 11" and 215lbs. I ordered XL as that's what I usually get for pyjamas, shirts etc. When the pajamas arrived, I put on the bottom of the shorts. They fit well enough. Your pajamas should be loose. They are under my chest. Okay, first I'll unzip them. And he did. Tried to put his hands in his sleeves and got stuck. TOO SMALL! If I tried to shrug my shoulders forward, I would literally rip off the back of my pajama top. My wife and I laughed at how small my XL pajama top was. Then she tried it on. She is 5'1" and 130 lbs. The top fit her perfectly! I don't know, maybe they took the bottom for the men's XL and the top for the women's XL. Whatever it was, the size was far away!
