I placed this order but they never showed up so got my refund about a month later. Then they showed up a month later lol. But in any case, they cost 30 dollars. No, they are not super bright, no, they are not 100% waterproof. But I think for thirty bucks they're worth it, especially if you just need a little extra lighting both on and off the road. Remove the side plates and add some clear silicone around the gasket as well as the sides of the front lens and it will be waterproof. The mounting bracket doesn't have a large range of adjustment, so I strongly recommend mounting it on a flat surface whenever possible. I had to 3D print some boards to match mine even more because the staples just weren't the length.
