My husband's upper chest compression was fine, but he bought it hoping it would help him tighten his tummy more tightly. It did exactly what it was advertised to do, but if you're looking for a belt for your gut, look further. Or do squats.
- Very durable, survived 4-5 washes. I like the material - it doesn't stretch and therefore compresses perfectly.
- Can be difficult to put on and take off, leading to frustration and wasted time getting dressed and undressed.
