pants are baggy. At an age when kids only wear skinny jeans, tights, or ripped jeans, my daughter didn't like those baggy pants. dark blue, almost black, but still fits the school uniform, so no complaints. We previously tried a size 16 and it was incredibly tight in the hip area. So we got this size 18 and it's very roomy, not the best but it works. Maybe a wash or two will make them a little smaller.
